Residence Two is a 999 square foot two-bedroom, two-bathroom home on the second floor — the entry-point into the building's full-floor program. The plan is uncompromising: a generous kitchen and living volume facing 15th Street, two true bedrooms with en-suite plumbing, and finishes drawn directly from the upper-floor residences.

The kitchen is the centerpiece — custom millwork, integrated appliances, and a stone island sized to seat four. The primary bedroom accommodates a king with a walk-through closet to the bath. Second bedroom works equally well as a study or guest room. A single residence per typology rarely exists in this market at this scale.
